At Neef (cousin) Rob we don't like ordinary. Everything you see, smell and taste has a special story. For example, we went looking for a traditional pastry chef that met our standard and eventually found it.

 

Bontom

Tom van de Veen is the former Chef Patissier at three-Michelin star restaurant De Librije and a member of the Dutch patisserie team. Bontom is the name of his own chocolate shop. He brings the tastiest ingredients together in a traditional way in a chocolate artwork. The basis that Tom uses for his masterpieces is the cocoa of Valrhona which belongs to the top.

 

Window box

We had to promise Tom that we will not stack his chocolate children in a box or put them in a bag because they will be damaged. And that is why we present them in a box with a magnetic closure so as not to shorten the creator of all these treats. The boxes have different sizes and start at 4 pieces and continue up to 40 pieces. Just looking at it is an experience. Enjoy !
