SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We use Parcel for our shipments. If you order before 16:00, the parcel will be shipped the same day and often delivered the second day. Please note that no orders are shipped on Mondays, so orders placed on Mondays will be shipped the next Tuesday.

The delivery costs below are always updated in the shopping cart. The costs shown in the shopping cart are the most current.

 

Shipping costs Netherlands 
- from 35,- free shipping.
- Under 35,- we ask a contribution of 3,95.
- Pick up in the shop is of course free of charge.


Shipping costs Belgium

- Fixed shipping charge of 6.50
- Pick up in the shop is of course free of charge.

 

Fresh produce costs Deutschland
- feste versandkosten 7,50

Shipping costs AT/CZ/DK/FR/GB/IT/SP
- Fixed shipping costs 12,95

Send chocolate

We do not ship our chocolates because we cannot guarantee that they will not be damaged and that the temperature is not too high during shipping. If you have any special wishes about business gifts etc. please contact us.

 

Returns

For hygienic and food safety reasons, you can only return non-food products. If a product has unexpectedly arrived damaged - or not with the desired quality, it is best to contact our customer service at bestellenneefrob@gmail.com.
